Understanding How Message Credit Works?
Message Sending: When you send a message using our service, it costs you 1 credit per message sent. Whether you are reaching out to clients, customers, or team members, each individual message sent counts as one credit.
Message Receiving: one Similarly, when you receive a message, it also consumes 1 credit per message received. This ensures that your ability to receive messages is balanced with your message-sending capabilities.
Webhook Calls: Message-sending In addition to messages, certain automated processes, such as message delivery notifications or reading receipts through web-hooks, also utilize credit. Each web-hook call made, regardless of its purpose, costs one credit.
